Iff she wanted to know his name then she would peel and apple in one long strip
and throw it over her left shoulder. The peel would fall in the form of a letter,
the initial of her future husbandīs name.

in a tub of water. If the person could extract either of them with his mouth (
without using his teeth), he or she would have a lucky year.

crossroads at Halloween. It is here that withes meet, and spirits do
